Horrible repair experience on late model guitar. After 4 months they lost the receipt/item. After 5 months said they found it and come pick, it was ready. Go there, they cant find it. At 6 months, frustrated, pick up my guitar and it is in two pieces. CRAZY TOWN.

Great selection, very friendly and helpful employees and owner. Definitely recommend! One of the least awkward music store experiences I’ve ever had had. Love this store!

Seems to have good pricing and options from what I can tell. Cant tell too much cuz I felt like I wasn't welcome as a beginner. :(

Nice products but bad service. The gentleman at the counter obviously didn’t want us in the store even though it was empty. Tried to make small talk and the guy wasn’t having it.

I called today to ask about get the action lowered on my guitar. Keep in mind that I am a beginner and don't know a whole lot about this type of stuff. The person who answered the phone was far from helpful. He was condescending and rude and didn't answer my questions. Instead he just cackled when I asked clarifying questions and responded with sarcastic answers. I will absolutely NOT be taking my business here and did not appreciate the customer service or lack thereof.
